Registration Fees
$325 Physicians
$250 Nurses/Pharmacist/Advanced Health Practitioners
$150 Residents/Fellows
Registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing before February 27, 2019 will be refunded, less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date.
